About This Project
With the objective of developing solar PV systems to generate electricity for the use of its cement manufacturing facilities in South Vietnam, Siam City Cement (Vietnam) Limited (INSEE) initiated a procurement process for solar PV systems. RMA was engaged by INSEE to assist in preparation of bid documents and to oversee the bidding process. A Request for Proposals (RFP) was prepared by RMA. RMA provided recommendations after evaluating technical and financial aspects of received bids.
